Southwest Florida Women in Investment Management (SWFL WIM) was created in collaboration with the CFA Society Naples to demonstrate the commitment of the finance community to inclusion and diversity, and to support the advancement and development of female leaders of all backgrounds. Their organization provides programming and networking opportunities to support professionals and students on their career journey.
