Eftina graduated Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During her studies, she earned a place on the President’s and Dean’s Lists and was inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, the International Business Honor Society.
As an Investment Analyst, Eftina has grown her role by supporting portfolio management and client servicing, conducting fixed income trading and analysis, managing institutional marketing databases, and preparing detailed performance reports on the firm’s investment strategies. She also holds the Series 65 certification.
Originally from Tirana, Albania, Eftina came to the United States alone at 19, driven by hope and a determination to pursue higher education and career opportunities. Today, she proudly calls Naples home and is actively involved in the financial community as a member of both the CFA Society Naples and SWFL Women in Investment Management. She also serves as Marketing & Strategy Co-Chair for NAMI Southwest Florida, part of the nation’s leading mental health organization, where she supports efforts to strengthen advocacy, education, and community programs.
