With over 30 years of experience in financial services, Tom Moran serves as Chairman, CEO, and Chief Investment Officer of Moran Wealth Management®, an independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm dedicated to serving high-net-worth individuals and families. Under Tom’s leadership, the firm has grown into a nationally recognized team of over 40 professionals, known for its tailored investment solutions and unwavering commitment to putting clients’ interests first.

The couple are Lifetime Trustees of the Naples Children & Education Foundation (NCEF) and served as co-chairs of the Naples Winter Wine Festival in 2015 and 2016—raising over $24 million for underserved children of Collier County. They also pledged $5 million to support the construction of the Moran Mainstage in the new Gulfshore Playhouse Baker Theatre and Education Center, demonstrating their continued commitment to cultural enrichment.

Shane holds a BA in Economics from Sewanee and a master’s in management from the University of Notre Dame. Their eldest son, Kevin, is a Cornell graduate and holds a PhD in Entomology from Carleton University in Ottawa.
