What fees do you charge for your services?

We are fee-only fiduciary advisors, meaning we charge a single, all-inclusive fee based on the assets we manage for you. This fee covers all of our investment management, wealth management, and financial planning services. We do not charge on assets that are not actively managed. Our fee structure aligns our interests with yours.

What is your minimum investment requirements?

Our services are best suited for families with investable assets of $250,000 or more. This ensures that clients receive the full benefit of our portfolio management services. There is a $100,000 minimum per investment portfolio strategy.

What is the difference between an RIA and a Broker Dealer/Wirehouse?

As an RIA, we are fiduciaries and legally obligated to act in your best interest at all times. We offer personalized advice and investment strategies tailored to your financial goals. Broker-dealers or wirehouses, while now required under Reg BI to act in your best interest when making specific investment recommendations, are not held to the same continuous fiduciary duty. Their recommendations might still involve conflicts of interest, such as earning commissions on products they sell.

How are my assets kept safe?

Your assets are securely custodied by Pershing, a subsidiary of BNY Mellon. Pershing safeguards over $2.5 trillion in global assets and maintains net capital exceeding $2 billion, well above regulatory requirements. Client assets are rigorously protected through internal controls, independent audits, and regulatory oversight. In addition to SIPC protection up to $500,000, Pershing provides excess SIPC coverage, further safeguarding your investments.

What are Separately Managed Accounts (SMA)?

Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) are individual investment portfolios managed by professional asset managers on your behalf. When you invest in an SMA through our in-house model portfolio management, you benefit from direct security ownership and transparency while benefiting from professional management and oversight.
