Marketing Coordinator

Moran Wealth Management is a Naples-based, fee-only fiduciary registered investment adviser stewarding billions in client assets — and we run one of the most active marketing operations in our industry. We launch a major campaign roughly every 60 days, produce three original podcast/video shows, and partner with a roster of specialized agencies across creative, digital, podcast/video, direct mail, and broadcast. We are building a lean, modern, AI-forward marketing team, and we’re looking for ambitious people who want to grow with us. 

The Marketing Coordinator is the connective tissue that keeps it all moving. If you’re the person who keeps the trains running on time — who knows where every deliverable is, who owns the calendar, and who never lets a handoff fall through the cracks — this is your seat. You will work directly alongside a peer Digital Marketing Specialist and report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Details 

• Full-time, in-office in Naples, Florida. This is not a remote role. 

• Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer; partners daily with the Digital Marketing Specialist and other team members. 

• Entry-level position with a clear path to grow into broader campaign and operations ownership as you demonstrate success.
