On International Women’s Day, we celebrate the contributions of women who continue to defy stereotypes and drive positive change in the workforce. At Moran Wealth Management®, we take immense pride in our team’s diverse voices and talents. Nearly 48% of our firm comprises female team members, with 55% holding executive suite positions. While our team comprises many remarkable women, we would like to highlight five individuals who are eager to share their personal journeys and contributions to the firm and the local community.
1. Kylen Moran – Chief Marketing Officer
Kylen brings over 10 years of industry experience to Moran Wealth. She is an alumnus of Columbia University, where she earned her MBA. In 2019, Kylen ranked #42 on Forbes’ Next Gen Best-in-State Wealth Advisors List and is an active philanthropist in the local Naples community. A world traveler with a love for foreign languages, Kylen is fluent in French and Italian and has explored over 29 countries and counting.

2. Ashley Buboltz – Chief Compliance Officer
Ashley earned her sociology degree from Florida State University. She holds numerous industry registrations, including Series 7, 66, 9, 10, and LVHA licenses. Although Ashley grew up in Central Florida, her favorite sunset view is from the Key West Pier. Ashley prioritizes traveling with her husband during her free time and participating in yoga classes.

3. Christina Shaw – Chief Data Officer
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University. She holds certifications, including Series 7 and 66, and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute. A Fort Myers native, Christina is a Board Member of the Estero Mustangs youth football/cheer organization, where she also takes on the role of Assistant Cheer Coach. Above everything, her greatest pride in life is her children.

4. Eftina Coma – Investment Analyst
Eftina graduated cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Finance. During college, she distinguished herself as a member of the International Business Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Originally from Albania, Eftina moved to the United States at the age of 19. Today, she actively contributes to her professional community as a member of the CFA Society Naples and SWFL Women in Investment Management.

5. Angel Nurse – Vice President & Senior Relationship Manager
Angel was a probate paralegal for a local law firm for 10 years before joining Moran Wealth. She has been a member of NALA, the Paralegal Association since 2008. She holds her Series 7 and 66 securities registrations. Beyond her professional pursuits, Angel supports St. Jude Children’s Hospital and is passionate about travel.
