Ben Hermiston

Ben Hermiston is a Financial Consultant with Moran Wealth Management®. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. in Finance, concentrating in Analysis and Management. Prior to joining Moran Wealth, Ben completed internships with Aviance Capital Partners and Pelican Wealth Financial.

In his role, he works closely with clients to understand their goals and their overall financial picture, helping them implement strategies that support a well-structured financial plan. By staying informed on firm capabilities, market developments, and evolving client needs, he offers timely insights, helps clients make informed decisions, and serves as a trusted partner in their long-term financial journey.

An Iowa native, Ben made his way to Southwest Florida to run cross country at FGCU, academically achieving a spot on the Dean’s list. During his time in college, he held multiple leadership positions with the athletic department including serving as president while volunteering his time at the FGCU Bloomberg Lab to become Bloomberg Market Concepts Certified. Ben credits his Midwestern work ethic and close-knit family for his continued success.
