Charlie Sonalia, a Client Operations Specialist, earned his B.S. in Finance from Florida State University and his A.A. in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University. A Naples native, Charlie first joined the Moran team as an intern in 2022, during which he assisted in a large-scale client data conversion that helped ease the firm’s transition process from broker dealer to RIA.
In his current role, Charlie performs administrative duties to maintain client relationships, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and provides support in day-to-day operations. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the hospitality industry, rising to the level of middle manager at Little Masa in Tallahassee and working as a meat slicer at Jimmy P’s in Naples.
Driven by a passion for helping people achieve their goals, Charlie leans on strong communication skills and a seasoned background in operations management aiming to provide outstanding service. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking steaks and going to the beach.
