A Chief Compliance Officer with Moran Wealth Management®, Timothy O’Leary brings more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry, including executive leadership roles.

In his role, Timothy helps oversee Moran Wealth’s comprehensive compliance program and annual review reporting, including implementing modern technology solutions to improve efficiency across the firm. He is committed to building a culture of compliance that puts clients first, supports strong governance, prudent risk management, and an exceptional client experience.

A native of Edison, New Jersey, Timothy earned his degree in Business Administration from Wagner College. He has held leadership positions with Muriel Siebert & Co., Spire Investment Partners, Smith Barney, Datek Online, and TD Waterhouse.

Tim and his wife, Mary, relocated to South Florida several years ago and enjoy visits from their four children—and, more importantly, their three grandchildren. Outside of work, he is a passionate supporter of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
